The left photo is showing the one inch kiln dried Spanish cedar that has been ripped in half on the band saw and then spacers are used between boards. It is then clamped and air dried for a few weeks depending on the season, and used for making the inside trays and the lid liner of the humidor.
The center photo shows the parts being dry fitted in clamps before being glued.
The finished product shown below is made of Zebrano and Mahogany with a wax and oil finish.,
